by activating the option scroll table data here is the result that I have,

Make sure you reset the page in designer.
Also, if you are using custom settings table, clear records out associated with the list pages giving issue.

Having the same issues sadly, i did use ...
.bs-center, .bs-middle, .bs-grid, .bs-grid > table {

width: 100% !important;

}
in custom css which fixed one page, but not others showing this symptom.
