 Connection "Error" with v9.8

Using 9.8 I am now getting a connection error that did not happen with 9.7. It is on a custom page. What is perplexing is that the page still works as intended, but I get this annoying 3-tiered red error message. I made no changes other than to use 9.8. Any suggestions?
BTW that tab feature is great.

These are the three pages that are affected by the error message. The search functions do work as expected.

Also, I am getting the warning to install dompdf plugin to build the project. dompdf is installed, and has been, however the pages are not enabled for pdf.
Thanks for looking into this.

Hi John,
I may be wrong but it almost looks like there is two different calls to the paths listed in your connection string.
I see "/john_johnrotella_com/ThunderbirdRegistry_18_June_2017v98/"
and /john_johnrotella_com/ThunderbirdRegistry_18_June_2017v98_20170701082749/
I like your clean design of your website!! Kudos on your design!

Thank you for looking at this. Do you have any idea how to fix the issue, or where to start? I am not much good outside of using the basic software controls.
I appreciate your comments about the site. I started the Thunderbird Registry in 2002 and it has had several design changes. The era of too-much decoration is over.
