Edit photo taken with smartphone camera before uploading

It is possible to upload a photo directly taken with your smartphone.
►A customer of mine however wants to edit this photo first before uploading.
Does anyone has experience with this? Maybe by installing an App on the smartphone?

He wants to add some arrows (draw with his finger) and/or add some text.
And then upload!

So, in the application @ Add file(s) then use the Camera of the smartphone or Pad. Take the picture and draw some arrows on the picture and/or add some text and then finally upload. (all in one flow)
Taking a picture, draw some arrows or whatever and saving and then separately upload is of course possible.
NB: It is part of a survey App.
