Is it possible to add a 2nd or even a 3rd column in the report

Is it possible to add a 2nd or even a 3rd column in the report, as you see in the screenshot, I would like to show a 2nd column that can display one of these options.
How can I happen to do it please. I try with the code but it does not work I can not add another column in the table.
