users get error when logging out from a view page

not sure what is going on.
if a user is logged in or out and they are on a view page, if they click on login or log out from the menu, they get the error.
Technical information

Error type: 256

Error description: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

URL: localhost/dog_view.php?a=logout

Error file: C:\Users\Mark\Documents\PHPRunnerProjects\TEST\output\connections\Connection.php

Error line: 642

SQL query: select * from dog where id=
this happens on ALL the view pages of the tables.

We would need to see this app on Demo Account, need to see the whole setup in order to troubleshoot.

what all needs to be uploaded?
when I use it does it upload all the image files as well? or just the database and project?

I have a couple of image folders that contain 10,000 plus of pictures...

I see that that login and log out doesn't function if on the view pages.
and I am getting an error on the dog_administration edit page?
