Migrating passwords from MD5 to BCrypt

Hello all, any idea how I can convert my passwords in my database from MD5 to BCrypt with the new version of PHPRunner

This cannot be done automatically, hashing is one way thing. You can change hashing to BCRYPT and tell users to go and reset their passwords. This would work.
