I use 9.6
In the Event template I would like to give people the option to enlist for an event and let them choose a given time.

If you look at the website www.doodle.com you understand what I mean.
Anyone an idea how to build what I want?

You need to explain what "let them choose a given time" means.

HJB 3/13/2017

https://www.xlinesoft.com/livedemo/phprunner/livedemo5/orders_list.php#
... for inspiration purposes only. with only some very little creativity

the demo content can be adjusted to needs, here to display the # of event

subscribers, to let participants add on under clickable event link with

inline edit into the table and check boxes to click. Though the doodle

thing might look much prettier, one is much better advised to first think

usability rather than pretty opticals.

Ok, I will try
Example:

An event is a movie and you want to invite your friends but there are limited seats in the theatre.

So you would like to let them choose different times like 17:00, 18:00 and 19:00 (see example)

(maybe even a maximum of 10 persons per time)

I use www.doodle.com for this right now but it is limited.

You are so very right.

This is why I like to make one of my own.

Functionality is more important then looks.

... Shoppy, while the PHPR online demo was made BEFORE the bootstrap technology was implemented,

the ever critical point "Only what looks good..., is good! ..." had fully gone by now, so, on any

"Ground-Zero of Doodle" oriented works at your end, the functionality would be as well accompanied

by "eye-catching" shape and even responsive screen technology (down on table basis, that's what

makes PHPR unique here), it not even to say, once you worked it out, you can multiply income by granting the

Doodle guys a user license at a fair price ...

Haha, I understand what you mean but those days are over, I use my time to do volunteer work for those in need.

That is what I like and that is what I want. Gives me a lot of joy.

John,

I see..., so what is left now? Yes, a hop over to v9.7 from current v9.6

to enable the needy ones (cinema seaters) to not doodle around any longer

and to take a much more comfortable seat at your end.

PHPRunner doesn't have this kind of functionality. It needs to be implemented manually. The closest we have is Survey template with question type "List (5 point choice)" but it not the same thing, just some that looks similar.

Hey H.J,
Is just a picture or did you actually build this in phprunner?

John,
it's a true build under v9.7 with "Iphone Checkbox" optical plugin from the Xlinesoft market place ...,

https://xlinesoft.com/marketplace/products_list.php?goto=2 and not a fake picture ..., can send you the

.phpr file if you like on this 10 minutes quickshot on the issue.
