Password Rotation

I've been reading the forum post about password rotation. Seems like a superb idea to implement in a project for additional security.
I've added all of the scripts shown in this post http://www.asprunner.com/forums/topic/21878-password-rotation/
I'm having a problem in that when a password is changed it is not logging it in the audit file. I've got login/logout actions selected. It appears add/edit/login/logout are being logged to the audit file, but not the change password. I've checked the includes/audit.php file and it all seems ok .
Does anybody have any ideas what I can do to fix this? Is it a bug in PHPR 9+? It worked when I was using PHPR 8.
