Hi,
Have a problem with PHPR 9.6. When run on the local server I can upload docx Word files but when uploaded to my website it doesnn't work and says "Upload failed". All other file types, including doc files (i.e. Word pre 2007), work.
Hope someone can help!

Can this be related to file size? If file is large and web server or PHP have restrictions of upload file size this can be the reason.

It's 12kb. Have uploaded much larger files of other types, including doc files.

I would suggest posting project to Demo Account and contacting support directly. Not enough info to troubleshoot.

Turned out to be a known GoDaddy issue.
