 Select a Thumbnail to Print

I have a project that allows the user to upload 20 pictures and generates a QR Code to the View record of there information.

On the Print page it only prints three fields, description, QRCode and a Link but is there a way I can put a check box or something next to each picture that gets uploaded so teh user can select on picture to print on the same print dialogue,
So it would display description, QRCode, Link and Selected Picture?

I cheated. I created a new field and called it Profile Picture <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=80823&image=1&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
