reorder fields and hide fields on list page build 27433

I'm running the latest 64 bit build of phprunner (27433) and I can't see the options on the list page settings to enable reordering or hiding?
Can anybody else see these?

running the 32 bit version and there it´s in "Fields" as it used to be.

I wonder if we're talking about the same thing, I tried to find it in the online manual so I can paste a link but the one on the web is outdated.
If you go into help and search for reorder you'll see a print of the list page settings, these are the to settings I'm talking about.
