Add child record throug popup

Hello,
I would suggest to have add an option to add/edit/view child record in popup just like we have add inline for child record in master page. Add inline is good but for large forms it become difficult.

Hello,

how do you pass master primary key (unique id) on add/edit page when master is not yet created because in add inline without when you enter data and save it saves master record first and pass key to child and then save child record. How do we get this done in suggested technique.
