How do i generate upcoming events dynamically?

I'm trying to build a payment reminder for my properties so basically i have made a table called properties and added start date field and end date field in which the period i will be paying the rent for that particular house/property
I also made a related payments table for each property but here is the problem how do i dynamically generate each monthly payment in the payments table using the start and end date?
Is that even possible to do?
Please let me know this is driving me nuts!

so basically i want to calculate the difference or duration between the two dates and get out how many months or weeks there are between the two dates and throw the data dynamically into the related payment table..

thank you very much but do you know how I can achieve this?
i need to calculate the two dates and then let it dynamically post the new fields to the related database..
so if let say the calculation is 12 months then 12 payment fields reminder with each date like dec payment, jan payment etc would be added to the related database
is this possible ?
