There is a bug in the report module of phprunner( Shows some list icon instead of the field name in the style and editor of phpr and blank in generated field value), I have attached screen shots, hop it is self explanatory, Below I have given screen shots in v8.1 and v9 in v.8.1

Workaround - Now we have to manually delete those icons and add respective field from the editor window then we can make it work normal
