Custom Color Scheme

I recently updated my computer and needed to reinstall phprunner 6.1 (I know I'm a bit out of date, but it still works for my purposes). Before the update I had created a custom color scheme, but I can't seem to figure out where to put the color scheme folder within the program files on the computer. My new color scheme is based on Madrid Fusion. When I created it in a project, it made a folder in the project folder's tmp/styleCache folder as well as within the output/styles folder. I know that I had copied that folder into one of the program folders so it would be a color scheme I could choose on any project in the Style Editor in the Color Scheme box. Where do I put the color scheme folder? The closest i can figure is the Program Files/PHPRunner6.1/styles/colors folder, but all the other files in there are .color files - no folders.
