Question on v8.1 builds

In view of publicly downloadable v8.1 build 25449 I tried to download the full version thru my registered account (as the CHANGELOG still lists build #25268) earlier this day, yet could only download #25268 rather than the #25449. Had I been too early?
P.S. Problem solved. I do not know why the page http://xlinesoft.com/phprunner/download.htm is telling the public about build #25449 while the version number after download still talks #25268, yet I guess that it must have to with those numerous salami-tactical approaches to lure clients somewhere somehow. <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=23846&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':unsure:' />
