Is there a way to extend the "actions" dialog?

When you click on the "Add Action" button while on the Events section, there are a few snippets that you can add with one click. Very handy. But it would be nice if we could add our own action code snippets to the database. Is that possible? I realize there are more examples in the help file (and I have already collected a few more on my own) but it would be really handy if we could grab them all with one click.
One of the nice features I miss from Umbraco was something called a "Customization Wizard" which was like the Add Action dialog on steroids. Not only was it user-extensible, but you could define parameters that would be replaced in the code automatically. It was really slick.
