Change position of ToolTip display

Hi Sergey,
Is there any way to change the position where the Edit form tooltips are displayed. The default position works well when working in Add or Edit pages but on inline-edit they cover the next field to the right and make data entry very awkward. Can we change the tooltip display to be above / below ??
