Can I create a sub administrator?

Hello,

First I have to say I feel very satisfied using PHPRunner.

This is my first question on the forum.

Using the dynamic permission system, how can I create a sub administrator who have the same rights of the primer admin except for deleting or edit or viewing the primer admin data on the uses table.

Unfortunately the only way to achieve this functionality is to modify source or generated code. This cannot be done via events.
