Hi,

I can't find, where is import limit from copy paste window - can't import more than 1750 rows. PHPRUNNER 8.0 trial.

Maybe somebody can help me?

Thanks,

Best regards,

There are no limits in PHPRunner per se but there is a limit of what your computer/browser/Javascript can handle.

Hi,

Thank for you answer. I test import from the file - this is the same. I tried edit firefox confoguration (https://arty.name/localstorage.html) and increase dom.storage.default_quota, but this not help. Maybe someone know what decisions. Thank you.

Regards,

Rimantas

It should work when imported from file. Not sure what else to suggest based on provided info.

I have same problem , make sure date field in excel is formatted correctly before import . also haven't been able to import over 3400 records or the button won't even show up to import . it's too bad because older versions did in a snap , no we have problems. I had check data before import won't work . too it out won't work . Import feature became a real mess. I just truncate database and install a whole new product field with bullzip. it's too bad we took a step back on the import feature . OH well.

@John - Either PHPmyAdmin and its CSV import feature could be a less problematic workaround or download like tools named Navicut, SQLyog or MySQL workbench.

Just wanted to say that this behaviour is normal. If anyone is having issue with importing data from files via PHPRunner app do not hesitate to contact support.
We would need to have your project and demo account along with sample CSV/Excel file to import. Posting message like "it doesn't work for me" is sort of pointless. We need to see what exactly is happening there in order to assist.
