create thumbnails on the fly problem

In my application program when I upload the image file and use the function "create thumbnails on the fly", but is only display a part of image (cental).I had checked the upload file in the same folder with prefix "th_xxx", but it is the file size is same with the original file (no reduce). Please give me a solution on it. Thanks.

Image manipulation requires ASPJpeg component to be installed on the web server. Make sure that this component is installed and functional.
