Upload Binary files to database

In the Edit and View mode I get the following error.
Error Type:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E21)

Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.
The Filename field is defined as VARCHAR and the filename is defined as IMAGE. The program works fine in the Add mode. Has this got anything to do with the GetChunk method to retrieve the binary data? Please advise.
