LIST PAGE WITH SEARCH PHP7.1

I use 7.1 version
when i use "list page with search" on lookup wizard , although "allow to add on the fly value" is checked , i cannot add a new value only select from the list.
is it that normal? if affirmative can you please advise any trick to have the choice also to add a value on the fly but alsoi using the list page with search?

Make sure that current user has permissions to Add records to the Lookup table.
If this doesn't help post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.
