Hello: I have migrated an application PHPRunner 7.1 and is not compatible with Internet Explorer 8.0.
The layer, for example, saved searches, not obtained.

Yes, PHPRunner 7.0 and better do not support IE 8. We use CSS 3 heavily in later versions of PHPRunner and IE 8 lacks CSS 3 support.
