Is there any way to create on List page Master detail grids, so that when we select on master grid a record, it refresh detail grid. (maybe with tabs if there are more then one detail table in relationships)

We will have this feature (dashbaoards, multiple related grids on the same screen) available in PHPRunner 8.0. You can expect an announcement in the beginning of June and beta version at the end of June.
