Problem with Password Reset

Hi

I have recently started using 7.1 and in 6 and 7 the password remind was working perfectly. Now in 7.1 when I use the password remind without making any changes I now get
You must provide at least one recipient email address. Everytime I try to use the password remind function. I have tried changing the smtp server etc to no avail.
Any ideas - username field, password field and email field are fine in the gui interface. Also checked the PHPrunner 7 install and it works perfectly.
