What "import" screen do you mean? |

In the Shopping Cart Admin Product list screen there is a button at the top "More". One of the items in the drop down is "Import". It is looking for a file. We tested by exporting the file using the "Export" function to an Excel file. We changed the item codes to eliminate duplicates and imported the Excel file, which did contain images. The images did not import. |

Images are not supposed to be imported, only the text can be imported. |
