Where to add a Custom Header for all pages

Hi all,
i tried to search the forum for this but didn't get any results ... i just need to put a comman HTML header for all pages ...
what would be the best way to do it ?

If I am not mistaken you create a file called supertop.php and put it in the "include" folder for your site.
