I was looking at this short topic Past Post Well there are some differences. Obviously the user would have to enter a url or save a icon/bookmark to login in to the web application. I have been testing some hybrid solutions but is very complicated. I am not a Java programmer and don't have time to learn so what are your options . We have PHPRUNNER/ASPRUNNER/ASPRUNNER.net/ . I have been testing a little with Phonegap/Cordova a way to use HTML5 and Javascript and Json data. but is very complicated to install and get working. All I really need is a simple native/hybrid application to login in to my web application . Why ? Why not have the user just login to the web application. Well with all the devices out there ; it would be so much easier and IT correct just to have an Icon on the device that is easily accessible and a small login app to connect . hence this suggestion. Since asprunner/phprunner is already mobile web ready application all we need is an install package and login page with menus. Now I realize problems will arise.

  1. Data Usage
  2. Login - Sessions expiration
  3. Plugin usage.
Any thoughts by anyone here. Maybe we can start on Wiki topic as this is something I am sure some users here would like to use.
Here are some links for inspiration That may help us achicve this functinallity with asprunner/phprunner.
