 Create Help page and Contact us pages in calendar template

Hi,
I would like to create a help page and contact us pages which can be accessible to everyone in calendar template. Is there any way to create them using php runner or do we need to create them separately and place them in the custom files. I am using Php runner 6.2.

I would simply create a set of HTML pages and link them from the main menu using the Menu Builder.
