I hope this is easy. I have a field on a table that i would like to only have a number pad on a tablet come up... at the moment any changes i make to the input type do not work... any ideas.. its one field on one area nothing more.
The users are lazy and the number pad that comes up stops fat finger data entry...
Any easy way to make one field input type numbers?

It works this way already in version 8.1. Make sure you have selected HTML5 input type 'Number'.

I have version 7.2 still and it does validate a number i seen if you have input type set to number most ipads and phones have a dial pad like number pad.
Does that make sense and does this mean i have to upgrade to get this feature?

UPGRADED - thanks i like a lot of new features...
One last question. does the mobile template need updating.. mine seems to be producing odd things on build. no add page etc etc....
