There must be a simple way to do this. I refuse to believe I'm the only only doing this or trying to. So here's the problem. I've imported a Outlook Contacts List, deleted and added some fields in the table. All Outlook Contact data is in one table. Other tables are used for things such as who owns the record, type of record (public/private/company), type of contact ( vendor/client/etc).
I can import, list, edit, add all fine I can also view but here's my problem with view. We are talking about A LOT of fields. I would like to set up a view that has only limited fields viewed at a time. Say the view open showing the filed name, address, contact info, last and next contact dates. All well and good but now I need to see the shipping address or the assistant's contact info or not or whatever. I need to create a VIEW that has multiple "tabbed" views. Am I making sense?
I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person to think of this so I search the help and this forum but I'm not that bright and can't seem to find the right data I'm looking for in the search results. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
