Windows Mobile

I have a Nokia Lumia 920. It is a Windows mobile phone. I cannot get phprunner to recognize it and the site keeps opening in desktop mode. Mobile version seems to open in iphone and android just fine. I thought it might be the ie browser that ships with the phone so I tried a couple others (UC to name one) with the same results.
I also noticed that even in the desktop version, I was having trouble getting the buttons to respond to my touch....
In my searches, I found an article that reports that Windows 8 Mobile is not interpreting the device-width correctly so there might actually be 2 issues. I have another site I built that will open the mobile version but it does not display correctly. This is why.
