Prefix and Suffix Code

As I can see BOTH, say, the option to place PREFIX as well and SUFFIX code on a HTML link formatted field within a RAD competition product since long (years), I wonder how complicated it would be to as well build in such SUFFIX code option into the coming final of PHPR 7.0?
