 PHPRunner 7 & FTP Upload Locks Sometimes

I have found ftp upload locks phprunner 7 sometimes. The big issue is if I forget to save before the upload then I lose my changes. I would love to figure out why it locks but I would also love a feature to save before upload.
For example my current upload is stuck on file 721/723 for over 30 minutes.

Unfortunately there is no enough info to provide a meaningful answer. As a rule of thumb - if for any reason built-in FTP upload doesn't work for you use your favorite FTP client to upload files from the output directory.
