 7.2 style editor not displaying correctly in Windows 7

I have a new windows 7 laptop. I was previously running ASPRunner 7.2 on Windows XP. I discovered that the styles editor is not looking correctly in Windows 7. I cannot even select any styles. See the screenshot which I am attaching. Please advise.

If your system is equipped with Internet Explorer 10 or 11 try the following:
Run Regedit and remove the following registry keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\.css

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\.css
