Hello,
Is it possible to have all records on a list page open for in-line edit when the page first loads?
I am using version 8.0 build 19042.
Let me know if I need to provide more details.

Inline edit is just that. You will have to invoke the line you want to edit.. changing multiple rows at once would be a nitemare...
You should have an inline edit button next to each row.
