Is it possible to have Tabbed Pages similar to that on MS Access that are populated from a Single Table?

Screenshot please with some explanation. What sort of page is that (List, View, Edit)? Where those tabs should appear and what sort of content each tab is supposed to have.

The layout would be the same as shown on Page 2 of the PHP Manual under Visual Editor heading.

Except the different tabs would be fed by different fields of the same Table.
