Mobile Template 8.0

I recently installed asprunner 8.0. I also downloaded mobile zip and extracted to layout folder. I noticed it has the same name.
I had to work on a project from asprunner 7.2. I build project and upload to server.
Now I go to mobile device and see my project is broken in mobile mode. I go back to project and see pages in 7.2 needed to be reset .
Anyway . had to rename new mobile layout folder so I can use old one. I think there will be an issue here since both 7.2 and 8.0 use folder MOBILE and 7.2 dosen't seem to work with 8.0 Mobile layout.
Any workaround here so we don't have to rename folders each time I work on a project.
