Hi I have seen alot of applications there days in which you can filter data from column header i.e each column have a text box and when you type something it give filters data as you type and then there are multiple options to filter like checkbox in excel etc.
That would be good feature for next version or this version if possible.
Another suggestion is horizontal scroll just like vertical scroll, so that the header part out of grid data remains static on that page.
