How To Refresh Lookup Wizard Column List for New Column

PHPRUNNER 6.2 Build 16275
I added a column to a table, and sync'd the database to I could use it in the query section, but I can't get the Lookup Wizard under the Visual Editor to update the column list so I can select the newly added column?
Tried restarting PHPRunner, etc.

You can force the new column to be added to the Display field dropdown list in the Lookup Wizard by adding the new column name by itself as a "Custom Expression" (the first option listed before the list of columns for the table) BUT this doesn't help with getting the new column added to the Order by dropdown list.
