I have a request to make the headers visible on the list page even when a user scrolls down.
I am basically trying to mimic Excel Freeze top row. Can any one recommend JavaScript or other options to achieve this.

This a built-in feature.
'Choose pages' screen, '...' button next to 'List page', 'Scroll table data' option.
