Real Estate Template - Php Runner

I started as a tryout - new project - based solely on Real estate template - and didn't make any changes whatsoever - the tables were created, project compiled and uploaded - but no pictures are seen although they are in database - saved in varchar fields...

Can anyone help me with this?
