Hi,

I have three fields in the same table: reg_date (date), reg_time (time) and reg_datetime (datetime).
reg_date and reg_time are required fields on the add page. When the user saves the data, these two values should be saved as the third field, reg_datetime.
Any ideas?

Hello,
I just worked on something similar. Add this to "Add Page: After record Added"
$reg_date = date("m-d-Y",strtotime($values['reg_date']));
$reg_time = date("H:i:s",strtotime($values['reg_time']));
$reg_datetime = $reg_date.' '.$reg_time;
global $conn;

$sql = "UPDATE YOUR_TABLE_NAME SET reg_datetime = $reg_datetime WHERE KEYFIELD = ".$values['KEYFIELD']."";

CustomQuery($sql);

You can do it in three lines:

$reg_date = date("Y-m-d", strtotime($values['reg_date']));

$reg_time = date("H:i:s", strtotime($values['reg_time']));

$values['reg_datetime'] = $reg_date.' '.$reg_time;

How about just adding a timestamp field to the Database?
