B bencroftweb author Hi, I am trying to display a phprunner generated fill out form within an open cart. I have got it looking great but my buttons no longer work. http://electrotech.croft-it.com/ocart/index.php?route=product/product&path=18_89&product_id=61 Click on Book a collection and then fill out and click Request and it does nothing. Any thoughts as I'm beginning to loose my hair in frustration :-) Thanks Ben P.S. works fine in a normal window

	Just an update - Not sure what I have done but now I cannot add any records - just sits dumb then I click on save :-S

	It has something do with the way page is shown in that popup. There are some Javascript errors happen when page is displayed. Here is the article that explains how to trouibleshoot those errors: http://xlinesoft.com/blog/2012/05/22/how-to-troubleshoot-javascript-errors/ Unfortunately I don't know how to fix this. Btw, the same Javascript error comes when you open that page directly as http://electrotech.croft-it.com/ocart/forms/Collection_add.php
