 Multiple File Upload "abort"!

php runner 6.2

Multiple upload works fine on local machine but on the server always fails, display message: "abort" after a few seconds(progress bar ok)

normal upload works fine (same path)
Does anyone have any idea what could have happened?

Yes, I've followed all recommendations but don't works

I've solved but setting resize image after upload, this is the only way it works
