In my page list, there are items that have serial numbers that are about 25 digits long. When this data is exported into excel or csv, these numbers are converted into scientific notation.How could export in text format.

All values are exported "as is". Excel is trying to interpret them when you open your file. After file is open you can select this column and set format to 'Text'.
