  Problem in Export to Excel and Word

I have a problem exporting to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft WORD, every time I try to open the exported document is empty and gives the following message:

End tag not found: {END rtlCSS {END} rtlCSS Page is broken.
What could be happening.
