 lookup list with search sometimes works and sometimes not.

I'm using the version 6.2 (b. 13816) of php runner.

The "lookup list with search" sometimes works and sometimes not.

Sometimes you have to close and reopen the popup to make it work.

When not working does not return results of the filter and the input text is light gray, when you search after clicking "show all" never works.
