 Postgresql table relationships disappear on db syncc

I have setup my primary and foreign key fields and their relationships in postgres. When I open phprunner and go to the tables page the relationships are not there. If I setup the relationships in the tables page and then select "sync database" the relationships disappear. What am I doing wrong here?
